Service that was just like Family

From being greeted with sparkling wine to the delicious breakfast spread, I felt pampered. The team were really good with their warmth and excellent service.

The room showed signs of water damage, unsettling. We were misled about the parking situation and had to park on the street most of the time.

Great breakfast with a large selection

The accommodation was high-class, pool was lovely, beds were comfy. The breakfast we ordered was large with soya milk and omelettes. The location was the best for exploring this very convenient area, really close to the beautiful harbour which is n't far and a taxi back and the restaurants and the nice bars and the mountains. Tried some takeout specials at Namaste Indian Restaurant, luckily it was just a short walk away from the venue;))

The hotel's decor was elegant and inviting, with spacious common areas designed for comfort. I particularly appreciated the accessible layout, made it easy for seniors like myself to navigate without any concerns.

More seating options needed in common areas.

The location of the hotel was great and peaceful, very near to the touristic area. Plus, it was very close to the Old Town, Harbour and Tomb of the Kings and the King Jason and the bars and restaurants.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. It had a lovely kitchen area. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the mall and port. We especially loved the really good service from the staff, always helpful and caring. The hydro-massage pool was a great touch and.

Great breakfast - something for every taste

Well desighed green territory and pool area, very rich breakfast buffet, indoor pool with jakuzzi and sauna (necessary in winter time), cleanliness, a lot of shops, bakeries and restaurants just a few steps from the hotel entrance (don't miss the Nicos Tyrimos fish restaurant!)

The indoor pool is too small for real swimming; the staircases are always wet and dangerous for climbing; the pre-authorisation of money -- an unusul procedure for Booked.net advance booking -- makes strange problems

The really good room service consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the welcome gesture of champagne and chocolates was appreciated. The food quality at all meals was excellent, with a range of options available and attentive staff.

Very nice staff, apartment was big enough, good breakfast. If you are looking for a pool holiday and want to spend a lot of time at the resort, this is a good choice.

The location isn't so good if you don't have a car. Both to the beach and to the "city" you need to walk forever. The price of the evening buffet at the hotel is exaggerated.
